Do Not Fear A Request For Evidence
It’s not uncommon for immigrants to panic when they receive a letter entitled “Request For Evidence” from the government.
Many fear the Request For Evidence, known as an RFE, means they’re going to lose.
They call my office and say, “We don’t have any more evidence.”
Their fears are often misplaced.
