Two Standards Of Hardship

In our last discussion, discussed that immigration hardship can be viewed as suffering.

Today, we’ll unravel that a bit more.

Family unity waivers, also known as I-601 waivers, require evidence of extreme hardship.

Cancellation of removal cases require evidence of exceptional and extremely unusual hardship.
